My case has been transfered to local INS office (Tucson, AZ)on May 29, 2001. Could anyone tell me how long it going to take them to schedule an interview? Thanks!
It is my understanding that in CA the interview wait time can be between 1.5 (one of the LA offices) to 6-8 months (San Jose).
There are a handful of people on this site waiting for their interviews (I am one of them). At the end of May two people got their GC after interview, lookup their posts on this site.
Resetting your expectations is a difficult but necessary step in helping you go over this new hurdle in your particular GC case.
