case completed??????

the automated service at NVC says "your case has been completed ,allow 8 weeks for further instruction ,if 8 weeks had past and you didnt hear from us ,pls ......"
does anybody had similar experience after submiting DS 230 and I 864 ??????
i only send them within a week,althought the review is expected to last 6-8 weeks !!!!!!!

That means your case is reviewed by NVC an will normally be sent to the consulate in about 1-2 weeks.but i'm surprised to see that you only send the DS 230 and I -864 a week ago and got
approved in less than 2 weeks.when it is send to the consulate the NVC message will change to '"your case is send to the consulate on xxxx".

can you tell me when did you send the ds 230 and I- 864 and the date you received the message "your case is completed''.
