ON HIS APPROVAL. I HAD MY DOUBTS, BUT GAVE HIM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT. HE HAS NOT COME BACK TO REPLY/CLARIFY ISSUES. MAYBE HE IS BUSY AND WILL COME BACK.
