Eg...

RD 10/18/2001 has ND 11/27/2001,
 
oops, it's nov19th and not nov9th- ND , sorry.

I was talking to my lawyer, she has received approvals for both mid sept and early october as well Receipt Dates this week from NJ, so good news for all.

ANOTHER QUESTION .. IS UR RD DATE CLOSE TO UR 485 PACKAGE MAILING DATE? OR DID YOU FIND A SIGNIFICAT GAP BETWEEN THE MAILING DATE AND UR RD DATE?

I AM ASKING THIS, B'COS DUE TO SEPT'11 AND ANTHRAX SCARE MAIL SHUTDOWN AT VSC, MANY FILERS WHO FILED IN SEPT, GOT A LATE RD. ONE OF MY FRIENDS HAD THIS SITUATION. HE MAILED IN SEPT BUT GOT A LATE OCT RD. HIS LAWYER CALLED UP INS AND WAS TOLD THAT SUCH CASES WILL BE TREATED AS IF WITH SEPT RD. ANYBODY HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCE.

ANYWAYS, VSC IS PICKING UP SPEED. BEST OF LUCK ALL GC ASPIRANTS.
