Hi All,

I have been a silent reader of this forum for some time now. I want to let you all know that my card was ordered today which ends the journey for me. I only waited about 1 and a half years. To everyone who has been waiting a long time, don't give up hope. Your time will come soon. My timeline is as follows:

Category:
EB2 (ROW)
Labour - filed November 2006, Approved Jan 2007
I-140 filed - March 2007, Approved April 2007
I-485 filed - August 17, 2007
I-485 notice date - September 26, 2007
FP - October 30, 2007
LUD - October 30, 2007
LUD - December 17, 2007
no LUDs until today
LUD - July 9, 2008 - Card Production Ordered
 
where did you your processing info?

What are you looking at? If this is what you're looking at

then:

For NSC I-485s, they are processing Haitian Refugees up to August 20, 2007. (I am neither haitian nor a refugee)
They are also processing for the IndoChinese Adjustment Act up to Sept 11, 2007. (I'm neither Indian nor Chinese)

I fall under the I-485 employment-based adjustments which are being processed up to July 28, 2007. My application was sent in after this date and I have been approved. In short, you can't go by the processing dates that they post online. You just have to hope and pray that someone gets to your file on the shelf.

the IndoChinese Adjustment Act is for Adjustment of Status for Certain Aliens from Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos in the United States
