I have read somewhere (I can't remember where!) that if you are working for a private practice, but the hospital that you work in is non-profit and affiliated with an institute of higher education then your H visa is cap exempt. Can anyone of you gurus verify this?
If yes, what kind of affiliation are we talkign about. Simply residents rotating will do or need more in depth/scientific affiliation and how to prove the affiliation.
