I am asking the question from a friend of mine

"I have canadian PR, my wife and kids live in canada, I do not meet residency obligation at the moment. My family got residency through me. Can they apply now for canadian citizenship before me?????"
I am the principal PR holder and have been outside too much".

If they are PR holders and have completed the 1095 days within last 4 years in Canada, they can apply for the Canadian Citizenship.
