Hi,
If anyone could advise me regarding a situation of a friend...she is a canadian citizen now. But has been an illegal alien in the US for 12 years before migrating to Canada, sponsored by her sister, and has a deportation case because of a denied asylum application when staying in the US before. My friend wants to visit US again. Will she be alowed to cross over to the US, inspite of her asylum/deportation case before???
