Senior Friends:

We (myself and wife) received GCard . My parents are in USA on tourism visa.

Questions

1) Should me and my wife handover all the I-94 (I have about 8 and she has 2 I-94)

2) Can my parents get a Visitor Visa within usa ? I heard they should have got it when they were in India itself.

----------------- when you enter Canada they dont ask for I-94, if you want to give they will take it . your I-94 after getting GC is of no use to you. you can give to Canada immigration or can give when you take flight to India in future or do nothing with I-94 ( keep the copy of all the I-94 front and back in your immigration file at home)

My parents applied for Canada visitor visa in NYC today and they got it without any issues. They are in US on a tourist visa.
