I am currently staying Illegally in U.S.A. I have done BSC - Home science from India. I would like to be permanent resident ASAP. My daughter is born in U.S before 2 years.
1) Can I apply to Canadian immigration from here? if yes, will it cause any problems?
2) Are there any companies that will hire me for my qualifications?
