Hi,
My wife holds J2 visa. She went back to China one months ago during my J1 waiver process. She is still waiting for her J2 visa due to adminstrative process. My J1 waiver updated as favorable recommendation sent yesterday.
I am wondering whether my wife can get a stamp for her J2 visa under this circumstance? Any answer will be appreciated in advance.
