Can Indian parents enter USA on Visitor(B2) visa now?

My parents have 10 yr multiple entry B2 visa. I am USA citizen. Can they visit me in US, during this Covid period?

Not unless you are unmarried and under 21, or they first spend two weeks in a non-banned country.
