Can I use this labor certificate?

I am new to this board and find it is very helpful.
A quick question: labor certificate is approved, which it said that BS degree plus two year's experience are required for this job. But I have only one year experience but I have master degree, is it acceptable for GC process?
Any thoughts will be appreciated.

Yes I think so..

You should be ok. MS == 2 yrs work experience. Since you already have 1 more year, you are beating the expectation...you will be judged as BS + 3 yrs expr.

Check this link..It is a ruling by the court which says BS+5 is equivalent to MS+0.
