can i start workin on EAD secondary applicant

Hi

I got my 485 approved applied 485 for my wife and she got her EAD,
my wife is working on H1b till now , she is secondary applicant can she work on EAD . will it be problem for her 485 approval , does she need to file AC21 for switching job

she has not file labor or anythng from her H1b holding company

-----------------Yes she can but why not to be on H1 if her H1 is valid?

-------------not becase of EAD use but the day she use she will not be on H1 status
, does she need to file AC21 for switching job
--------as her I-485 is derivative she dont need to file AC21
