Can i quit my job even my case in on FBI name check pending?
My friend wants me to help him out in his company, he will also file tax stuff for me.

What this has to do with:

Not only that you obtained a fraudulent work visa (judging by your anxiety to quit your job, even though you didn't get you GC yet) but you're also posting in the wrong forum, as you can, or you should see above, this is a family forum not the labor certification one :rolleyes:

The fact that you're not too bright, was established before through you previous post (the one which was deleted by the moderator) but at least try to be more considerate with the other members and don't post your junk question in the wrong forum :cool:
