Can I prepare I-765 and I-131 myself and get EAD/AP from Boston INS?

My I-485 was prepared by Fragomen. Now they charge me $1,000 if I want them to prepare documents for my EAD and AP. I am wondering if I can prepare I-765 and I-131 myself and get EAD/AP from Boston INS?
