Can I go on a J1 after my OPT

Hello!

I read a few threads about the subject but that did not help me. Interesting though.
I was a student and am still on my F-1, I got a certificate here in the US in the field I am currently working in (full time at a private company). It looks like I won' t qualify for the H1B. However, I had one attorney who suggested that I should get a J-1, another attorney told me I could not get a J-1 because my OPT is equivalent to a J1 and the immigration won' t let me have this experience twice.
Who should I believe?

Also, I understand I would have to find an organization that would help me get that J-1, who should I go with? My company is ready to sponsor me in anyway but has never dealt with J-1, so I understand I have to go through a third party organization.

I would appreciate any help or advice on my situation !!!

Thanks!

Axel

Hi,
I am from Korea. I was in US on my J1 for 4 years and then left to Canada for work stayed for 2 years in Canada.
Can I enter US again with a valid J1 or H1 if there are sponsors. If yes, Do I need to get a J1 waiver if I have to reenter on a new J1 or H1.
