our company\'s headquarter is in Pennsylvania, but our division is located
in Texas. in our division, I-140 is used to be filed in VSC, but recently,
Attorney of our company told us VSC may reject I-140 application if your
division\'s address is outside VSC\'s region. my questions are:
1) anyone has similiar case, please tell me your experience.
2) can I file two I-140 applicaiton at the same time. one I-140 to VSC,
one to TSC.
