I am planning to go to delhi for stamping in March 1st week.
I currently have I797 which expires in May end. We are submitting a H1B extension (premium) now to get 3 year stamp. Can I make the appointment with current I797 and then change it to new I 797 or do i have to wait till i get my new I797 approved?
