Can H4 holder receive any funds from Internet site??

Being a housewife, my wife ( on Spouse TD visa like H4 visa ) was wondering whether she can participate in any of the Online Survey through which she might receive some Funds ( like $50 or so) in form of Cheques?? If not, how about receiving some money on her Paypal account that could be used for some shopping??

Is it legal Or allowed to have some home based income on internet, while being on Spouse visa??
Please let me know, if there is any way out!!thanks!

hi RC... Filling up some Online forms' answers for their survey questions; and getting some Money into her/ Or my Paypal account which would be used for some online shopping!! Do you think, this might be a problem?? As far as I think, this small income does NOT show up to IRS or tax department at all. What do you think?
