If you have applied for I-485 in timeframe of June-July-August 04 in CSC
and still waiting, please respond with what message you see in your online
status . CSC processing times show its in October 2004 and its high time
we should've seen approval.

Unless ofcourse the infamous namecheck is blocking your approval.

CALLED CSC EMERGENCY# TODAY , NAME CHECK IS CLEARED AND FILE IS W/ ADJUDICATING OFFICER... HOPE TO GET APPROVAL SOOOOOOOOOOOOOONN :)

Same here too. Strange that so many concurrent cases have only 140 approved and 485 pending. And all waiting for name check pending status. Hope our files come out of the black hole soon.

Although my wife also called the emergency number, she didn't get a LUD for her 485

Our Details

Biometrics of myself and my spouse not done yet.

Received Biometrics notice for my 6 year old and completed that on 4/5/2005.

LUD on my son's 485 only on 4/6/2005

Waiting for 485 approvals for all of us.
 
People - thanks for sharing all your info. More people contribute to this thread
more sample we can all get. It will help us understand what really is happening to our applications. I've seen some early June 04 cases approved in last two days. With that in mind, lets hope our turn will come soon.

I encourage more of you to share your dates. Thanks again.
