Called VSC just now and they are temp closed today

hi, Called VSC --surprisingly very first call went through...
though we can get automated voice to check our status, after that when we attempt to speak with IIO by pressing 0, we get another message indicating they are temp closed...

I also got the same message. But I could see lot of people on the site mentioning that they were able to talk to an IIO. I don\'t know how did they do it.
