I just talked with an IIO. She said that my case has be reviewed by an officer and it is not with officers now, No decision has been made yet. it
is in pending.

I am totolly conufsed with this situation. my case is approved or ref will be issued ? What do you think?

me too, spoke to IIO

Spoke to a friendly IIO, according to him that both my wife and I had a RFE but no idea what the RFE is about. it should take 7-10 days to receive that.. it has been mailed on 10/19/01

IIOs just say something to get to off the hook and just chat with others there. Also, it does not seem as though they are NOT doing their job as they can say answered so many calls...

Just says "case is pending" ask any question... he continues to say "case is pending" and later hung-up. All this for more than 1 hour of my time to get to the IIO and less than 1 min of IIO\'s time to say the above.

Great god, help us!!!!!
