CA CIS EB3 140 filed in Sep 2003

Folks, anyone seen LUD changed for your cases? Mine was filed on 9/11/03 and the LUD date has been changed to 9/14/04.. I don't have any address change or anything like that. Does that mean they 've taken up my case? although one can never trust USCIS..

You need to register your self as a customer with USCIS and the link was here. You can see if your case is touched. You get an email if your case is approved.

My RD is 9/15/2003 and so far no change in the last updated date... so 1 yr has gone by without any news on i140.

My I140 RD date is 9/3/2003 and no change till now. (eb2/concurrent )

My ND was 09/19/03 and I got an RFE for ability to pay and for work experienc for my I 140 on 09/09/04.
