Business necessity Q?

My occupation minimum education requirement is Bachalor degree, but I am palnning to put the minimum education as master's on 9089 ( my employer are going to put mim education as Master's on ad too). Anybody has experience on this, and how to prepare for auditing to show them it's Business necessity ?? Appreciate any info.
 
It also depends on where the occupation falls in SVP level. (i.e. generally how many yrs of experience reqd for occupation) For Software Engineer (SVP level 7 but less than 8) BS+2 and MS+0 would be considered normal requirements anything more that that would require to be prepared to show business necessity. Business necessity document needs strong business related reasons as to why such kind of experties/experience is necessary to perform the job duties.
