Business closed, withdraw I 140?

I had filed I 140/485 from a business that closed its dooors after filing the petition, case was pending for a long time. I moved on to another business, and have approved 140, and 485 from them.

They recently approved I 140, and tried to deliver the approval notice, that was returned back to USCIS as undeliverable as that business does not exist any more.
Should I worry about this having any negative impact on my future USCIS petitions? Should I try to withdraw approved I 140 by contacting the owner of the old business, and 485?

How do I withdraw? Are there any sample letters?

Thanks.

No, I-140 is not your petition, its the (now out of business) employer's, so don't worry about it. You have your new I-140 and I-485, thats all you need.

My husband applied for his I 140 in Sep 2007 (Labor Approved)
what is the next step and when can he apply for the next step

Your husband's employer applied for I-140. As soon as his priority date become current, he should file for I-485. Meanwhile wait for the I-140 approval.
