My Mother-in-law has come once to US and she has visa for 5 yrs , should I send any documents or passport copy or anything , please give your advises,

My status
I-140 approved working on EAD with diff co. I-485 pending , AP – approved.

thanks

Nothing required

My mom had visited me twice and I sent nothing to her during her second visit as she had valid visa. Your current address in US would be enough.

:)

Thanks , but does this matter , that when she got the Visa at that time I was on H1 now my H1 visa expired.

No. It does not as long as she has a valid visa to travel
