There was no reason for the denail. No layoffs in the company in the last 6 months.
So I had to follow the non-RIR process and the company has to place ads, conduct interviews and go thro the whole process. It took a while (8 months) from the time my RIR was denied to the time my non-RIR application got approved.
So folks who are in the same situation, dont worry. Your turn will come soon.
