date October 2nd 2001.
I don\'t know what is the status of this (I don\'t whether we can check it up or not).
Could someone tell me the status on this please. That would be really

What is EB3 stands for?

skips right over my case all the way into June. As my luck will have it, by the time I get approved the blasted I-140 queue would have grown considerably...

My lawyer had submitted my labor to Vermont department of labor and Vermont DOL forwarded my appliction to Boston on April 16, 2001. Could anybody please tell me what is the status?
Can DOL skips the cases also?

If kind of dwarfed by 109 figure of Friday, it is still better than 14 and 15\'s of Nvember and December. Lets all send flowers to DOL, as soon as our labor cleared..!!
 
some questions.

Correct me if I am wrong.

1. Cases with hourly or weekly salary are temporary cases.
2. The number of these cases won\'t have direct impact on the following I-140 processing.

Some very rough statistics. Between case #1310000 and 1315000, (1) almost half of them have been either certified or denied on RIR; (2) more than 75% of all 5000 cases are hourly or weekly paid.
 
We are Ok with same thread

Some time when the cases are getting approved fast, people say don\'t change anything. Superstition !!! We won\'t change the thread. I hope you won\'t mind as long as cases are getting approved at a fast speed. Guys any suggestions - I am open for anything!
