The two farmers were NOFed on Dec 5th, and the rebuttals were due by yesterday.

To answer razmataz, my understanding is that the database is updated every morning at about 5am ET. (I downloaded the list this morning before 8, but I had computer problems so didn\'t get to posting until now, and got beaten to it :) )

docprakash: Hang in there. You\'ll probably get looked at in the next few days.

it looks like they are certifying the cases randomly!! Yesterday there were few cases they certified from April.
    I wish they would keep moving as they are now!

How did you get the list? Did you send all possible case numbers to the automatic email response system?

Any update/info on current dates that SESA is processing now. Last heard April 30, 2001 but that was the same in December 3rd week. The portals also still show the same date.

So that\'s a total of 161 cases in January so far, an average of 23 per day. If they keep this up for the rest of the month, they\'ll process about 500 cases this month; that\'s enough to keep up with filings, but not enough to clear much of the backlog. (Filings average just under 400 cases per month.)

Oh well, we\'ll see what happens!
