Is any one gone to Bloomington office for I-155 passport stamping recently? Should I go really early or go late like 10,11AM…is that office really crowded?

I haven't visited this office lately. However, this trick going late wouldn't work at bloomington as they take a specific number of people ina day. Lets say they will serve 250 people a day. Therefore, if you are 251, you wont be served regardless when you go.

Thats what I knew from my experience almost a year back. I don't know the current procedures.

I went there last month for pp stamping. I got there around 1:40pm on a Tuesday. The guards let everyone in. People without appt wait in one area. I was out of the office at 2:30pm. I was glad I didn't have to take a whole day off.

I didn't have an appt. I didn't think they take appt. for pp stamping.
