Birth Affidavit RFE - is it ok to submit fax copies received or originals required

Can we submit fax copies of the birth affidavits or do we need to mail originals???

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

did u get any RFE for the scanned copies.???

My lawyer did not allow me to send the copies...he is a typical gora...he asked me to put the certified copies or originals..so i had them notarized before I sent them(though my lawyer said certified and notarized copies are not same ).I dont know if i will get any rfe for that. my RD is 09/03/02 so wait and see....
 
What do you mean by scanned copies...I have the faxes as *.pdf...but dont you need to send paper copies...am a bit confused here
 
When I had to submit my Affidavits , i had my parents scan the affidavits and Email it to me , and i submitted those along with I-485 Application, i did not get any RFEs For this.
