Hi everyone,
I currently live in USA with my family and have TN-Canadian status, I will change my employee and applying for TN extension while we are in USA,
So, my new employee will file i-129 and my question is that , is there any Biometric fee for me? I know there is a biometric fee for my wife's I-539 form but couldn't find if there is any biometric fee for the beneficiary ?
