Best way to mail RFE to USCIS.....

I need to respond to an RFE and was wondering what should be the best way to mail it to USCIS so that it is not lost.

I understand that I have to use the envalope provided with the RFE document but USPS may not allow delivery confirmation/receipt return for such a small envelope.

is it a good idea to use return receipts or delivery confirmation on certified mails for RFEs? because its PO BOX and there wont be anyone to receive it?

Just send it with first class mail, 41 cents are more than enough

Send by certified mail

It is best to send by certified mail and also have evidence that they got it.
Get your lawyer's opinion also.

How to locate Visa Number!!

Guys, I'm new to this thread, I'm in the process of filing concurrent I-140 and I-485. Just one basic question, where can I find Non-Immigrant Visa Number in my Visa Stamp Picture.. Even My lawyer does not know it.. Is it Control number? If yes then how to interprete some of characters like zero with backslash..
I will appreciate your response.

I think the red number at the lower right corner is the one. But even my international advisor has no idea which one is the right one.

It is not the control number. It is the red number on right hand side.
