best time to call IIO

I tried calling Nebraska contact # in the last two weeks at different times during the day for atleast 20/25 times each time with no luck. Is there any better time to get the line during day ??

Let me know when you figure out what is the best time to call INS during business hours :)
In my experience, LUCK is the only factor that plays when you are trying to connect to INS. I can\'t beleive that they can\'t even queue up the callers or at least a friendly message saying that so may ppl are on line already and you won\'t be able to connect... instead of that annoying "busy" signal.

Try 250 - 500 times in a row since chances that you may get throught are less than 0.25% :)
