Hello Everyone. I have been subject to the 212e section twice: once when I was an exchange student (US sponsored the program), and second time was an exchange semester in a university (I fell under the Exchange List section). I have already fulfilled my first requirement in 2018, I stayed in my home country to finish high school. Yet I still have left to fulfill the second one. I am planning to apply for a waiver for the second subjection. (Because I already fulfilled my first one). Does anyone have the same case? I am confused because the DS 3035 is asking for all J1 visas information, and I also requested advisory opinion, which stated that I am subject to two reasons (mentioned above).
