Since Appeal has been sent on Dec17, as per my attorney we have to wait 30 days to send another request for updates. So he is planning to send a letter and/or email to Chicago NPC around 18th of January. Attorney is planning to apply my H1B extension during last week of January 2007 on the basis that labor will be in the Appeal process.
