Our case is approved withi a year. For some cases waiting more that one year, you most likely will get RFE.

all sorts of fears in their minds. My ND is July 18,00, Country

COngratulations!!! Enjoy the newly found freedom. If you don\'t mind can you post your first three digits of your EAC after EAC-00-284-. I am very excited because but for the country all of my dates ND,FP exactly match yours.

According Jia his/her EAC is 00-284-XXX!!!
If it is 284th working day, then INS must be working on saturdays...
\'cause if we subtract 104(52 * 2) weekends and 10 holidays, there would only 252 working days only!!!(366 - 104 - 10)!!
