I had my interview at B-INS on Aug 29, the lawyer who
accompanied me told that, they would approve the case if 90 days have passed.
I spoke to an IIO at VSC and she told me that they have received the I-140 from chennai but she would not transfer it without B-INS requesting it, and I have been to B-INS twice asking them to request the file from VSC, but the IIO at B-ins says that the examiner who examines my case will know what to do when she looks at my file, in short, I have not been able to get B-INS request the file
from VSC.
KV29 and Kv72 Let me know what you guys encounter.
