I have not received my Resident card even after 7 months of passport stamping. Sent I-731V(status enquiry) 2 times but no response. Y'day Called National customer service center and a level 2 officer told that the status in her system says "card is held back due to bad/missing data". I don't see this info when I check the status online myself using EAC receipt number. Have anybody faced such situation and what I need to do. Please let me know. .Please respond if anyone had done this before or heard of this. Thanks and highly appreciate it.
