The visitor visa was rejected for my mother in law.
Both myself and my wife have 485 pending.

The officer asked here to come next day and show documentation showing the immigration status of my wife.
I faxed the i-485 pending, advance parole, EAD, and after she went there the next day the officer dennied the visa and told her to come back when my wife gets the GC. Does anyone know if this is true?
How cool is this?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
The logic of this particular officer is that the GC of my wife is a reason for my mother in law not to overstay or not return at all !!!
