My parents are here from India on visitors visa. During their vist here my father was diagnosed with cancer and he is now admitted in hospital and undergoing radiation treatement.
His I-94 is expiring in Feb, 2004. I want to apply for my parents visa extension. Please let me know if there is any way/ provision under medical grounds that his visa can be extended for a longer time (around 1 year), as his condition is not stable and his treatement will continue for a long time.
