B1 to L1 transition

I am having B1 visa for US and visiting USA for business meetings , several times so far.. my principal company in US is planning to apply for my L1, transfer from Indian office to usa office. It may take couple or three months for the process to have a visa stamped ....is it possible for me to travel, in the mean while to Us for meetings, while my application for L1 is in process ?

If your B1 visa has the validity , you can travel. Since your L1 Visa is on process, it is advisable not to travel, you may be asked by immigration officials for your presence.
