Hello,
I am in process of filing a B-1 visitor visa for my aunt in hong kong to come and visit me in the usa. I am not yet a citizen but I have all the paper work filed for my green card. Will my aunt get approved for the B-1 at the Hong Kong consulate. I am pregnant and will have my baby before she applies. She does have the intention of returning to Hong Kong. Should she put on the application she is coming to visit a niece or would she have a better chance of getting approved just saying she is coming for a visit to the us on her own?
