AVM question

CP gurus,
can someone please educate whether there's a new/different automated-message at NVC for each (or which) of these 3 steps, and what those messages are.. thanks!
1/ St Louis Notify NVC after encashing fees
2/ NVC Created P3
3/ NVC Sent P3

ps: i get a message saying: "NVC has received the visa fee bill on xxxx-date and will send further instructions within the next few weeks. If 6 weeks have passed since NVC received this letter and you have not received the instructions, please press 0"... and i'm trying to understand what step that is..

This is the message you hear after St Louis has informed NVC of the receipt of fees.

You will hear 'We await the return of biographic information' after P3 has been mailed out to you/ your attorney. Good luck.;)

could you please educate regards the following about what are the AVM messages...
1/ after NVC gets back packet 3 from the lawyers
2/ after NVC completes reviewing packet 3
3/ after NVC sends it to consulate
4/ after consulate receives/enters into their system (if there's no AVM update for this, is there another way to find this out?)

For 1, the message will say' we are reviewing your appln-please allow 6 weeks'

For 2,'Your review is now complete.'

For 3, 'Your appln has been forwarded to XYZ consulate on MM/DD/YY'

For 4, you have to email the consulate- give them atleast 8-10 days after the packet 3 has been mailed out from NVC.
