Average time for oath letter to arrive after online status change to "oath scheduling"

Hi,
Online status changed to "oath scheduling" on 02/11/2014. Stil no letter in the mail. I know it might be coming but wanted to see how long it typicaly takes for the letter to arrive?

Is the letter being generated out of the local USCIS office or benefits center (USCIS service centers)?

Spouse's online status changed to "oath scheduling" three days after primary's. not sure if oath ceremony for both wil be on the same day.

It all depends on your DO. You can a decent idea by checking out cases in your DO in trackitt.com website. I was put in oath scheduling queue on 1/23 and I'm still waiting for my oath letter. It's only been couple of weeks for you
