Asylum for protesting against the war in Ukraine. I am Russian

I saw this Guardian article about Russians fleeing to the US (links are not allowed, I guess).

How likely is it that I will get an asylum using an official warning paper the police gave me for protesting against the war in Ukraine? It's a violation of a new law made specifically for protesting against the war. The police made me confess in attending the protest on camera, and they took my fingerprints like if I was a criminal. It went pretty scary when Putin started talking about purging the Russian society from national traitors. I am a translator, but I am not expecting much to translate soon, as I specialize in tech imports, I am also a machine learning hobbyist and planning on working in the field.
