I know this site isn’t as popular as it used to be. I for one hasn’t been on here much so if theres one with current information, please let me know.
Anyway, this thread is pretty much for people who have received asylum within the past few years, and have gone on to become citizens; or will become, have applied or will apply in the coming year.
For what I can remember about mine:
Applied i589 - 9/2014
Granted - 04/01/2015
GC in hand 08/2016
RTD - 06/2017... traveled to the Dominican Republic 07/2017... had some issues coming back at jfk but cleared up quickly.
God’s willing, applying for:
N400 1/1/2020
