asault family member, no conviction

firt of all want to tank you all for taking your time answering some concerns..
I had a case in 2004 for asault family member, the case got dismisses after completing the pretrial diversion program, now i want to apply for citizenship.
My question is does this case will affect my elegibility? or do i have to wait 5 years from 2004 to apply?
 
Were you one GC holder when it happened ?
If not what visa were you on ?
What state and did they give you disorderly ?
I'm no lawyer , I been researching for my own AOS and seen that people got N400 approved with 5 year GMC.
Again I'm no lawyer just my layman research opinion.
