I am posting this on behalf of a Software Consulting Company. We are looking for Smart, intelligent Software Professionals who have the capacity and are willing to look for clients on their own. We are willing to pay the consultants 80% of the billing rate. We can do H1 transfers, GC processing. Those who already have clients and are currently unhappy with their employers are also welcome. Our consultants would be treated with respect and the company assures that it would stand by its commitment of 80% pay unlike many other body shoppers who don’t stick to their commitments.
